Job Description
|
Responsible for communicating clearly and concisely the activities of the EAI Community and ICST based on comprehensive marketing plans, communications, collateral materials and data resources to be developed or capitalized in concert with various project teams to ensure alignment, consistency and quality of work ensuring strategic objectives, tactics, measures and deliverables are met. Duties include: • Effectively communicating EAI & ICST mission statements including products & services. • Develop & implement communication/marketing plans based on integrated approach to support horizontal activities, programs and initiatives as warranted. • Apply full range of marketing/communications tools & resources (including data repositories) to raise brand awareness & market reach capabilities with expected results. • Assistance activity stakeholders in support of marketing and communication requirements. • Report observations, analysis & recommendations. • Participate & support social media network initiatives. • Maintain EAI Community News Letter and support other promotional vehicles as warranted. • Support website and collateral content to ensure quality, accuracy & consistent messaging.

Technical Skills
|
• Bachelors degree in communications, marketing or social sciences. Advance degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years related experience applying full range of marketing/communications tools, methodologies and techniques to sustain revenue streams, increase brand awareness and market penetration.
• Demonstrated results interpreting disparate data sources into effective communication/ marketing plans to meet strategic objectives & deliverables.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively in a very responsive, clear, comprehensive and tactful manner; verbal and written.
• Demonstrated experience managing newsletters and supporting content.
• Demonstrated ability to capitalize audience demographics, needs and expectations with inherent ingenuity, diplomacy and resourcefulness.
• Superior written and oral communications skills.
• Familiarity with all forms of social media in keeping with promotional mix .
• Microsoft Office and communication applications including web 2.0 technologies.
